In what his campaign billed as a “major” foreign policy speech, Mitt Romney emphasized his disagreement with the Obama administration over mid-east policy Oct. 8. Romney didn’t provide many details of his own vision, but described his interest in protecting defense spending with Virginia Military Institute pupils providing a monochromatic, if bored looking, audience.
